Aria Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join their team at Bradbury House, a 20-bedded residential care home in Braintree, Essex. The home has a CQC rating of 'Good' and is highly rated by residents and their families. The Senior Care Assistant role involves taking a leadership position, supporting both residents and staff in their everyday lives, and encouraging development and growth within the team.
As a Senior Care Assistant at Aria Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to the residents of Bradbury House. This role involves taking a leadership position within the care team, delegating tasks, and ensuring that all residents receive the best possible care. You will be required to work closely with the wider care team, as well as with healthcare professionals, to ensure that the residents' needs are met.
