Job summary

In this role, you will provide exceptional medical care to patients aged 65 and older, conduct physical exams, and manage treatment plans under physician supervision. The ideal candidate will have a nursing background, current state certification, and a passion for delivering compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current state licensure as a nurse practitioner.
• At least 1 year of professional nursing experience with 1-3 years as a primary care nurse practitioner.
• ACLS/BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care under physician supervision, including physical exams and treatment plans.
• Engage with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with policy and HIPAA.
