Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Certified as a nurse practitioner with current state licensure.
• Minimum 1 year of professional nursing experience with 1–3 years as a primary care NP.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for older adult patients under physician supervision.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation within 48 hours of visits.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
