One Senior Care is hiring a Personal Care Aide to provide compassionate, hands-on care to seniors in homes or centers. You will deliver personal care, companionship, and support to help participants live safely and comfortably, with flexibility to adapt to changing daily needs.

The role emphasizes teamwork, empathy, and ongoing growth within a calm, people-centered environment. Training is provided, including scheduling collaboration and care plan updates.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with frail or elderly population is a plus.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain after hire.

Mansioni

• Provide personal care, supervision, and companionship to seniors.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and transfers.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation as needed.
• Travel to participants' homes and accompany them to appointments when required.
• Observe and report changes in participant condition to the care team.
• Document care and services accurately in Alaya Care.
• Participate in team discussions and quality improvement initiatives.
• Build rapport and trust through kindness, empathy, and respectful communication.
• Adapt daily schedules based on participant needs and changes in care plans.
• Communicate with scheduling staff regarding participant needs and updates.
