Job summary

Eden Heights of Olean is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/Resident Aide (PCA) to assist residents with daily living activities on a full-time or part-time basis. This role emphasizes safety, dignity, and supportive care in a senior living environment.

Responsibilities include helping with bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility, as well as monitoring residents’ wellbeing and communicating with the care team. Training opportunities and a supportive community atmosphere are offered.

Qualifications

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating.
• Observe residents’ conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Answer call lights and assist with mobility, meals, and linen changes.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Respond to call lights promptly.
• Assist with walking, exercise, and transfers.
• Prepare, serve, and collect meal trays.
• Clean rooms and change linens.
• Deliver messages and documents to residents or staff.
