Job summary

Veriipro is seeking a Senior Cards & Payments Business Analyst / Functional Consultant with 10+ years of experience and strong FGPP expertise. The role focuses on FGPP implementations, issue analysis, configuration, and customer-facing stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot FGPP issues, configure FGPP Profiles and Rules, and collaborate with client teams to deliver project objectives across payment processing platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Cards & Payments / Banking / Payment Processing.
• Hands-on FGPP 3.x implementations or support in last 3 years.
• Deep FGPP business and functional domain knowledge.
• Experience with FGPP configuration, Profiles, and Rules management.
• Strong triage, recreation, trace analysis, and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot FGPP issues and cases, including triage and root-cause investigation.
• Provide functional and business expertise across Cards & Payments solutions.
• Configure and manage FGPP Profiles and Rules.
• Collaborate with database and GUI tools for issue investigation.
• Lead technical discussions and stakeholder engagements in customer-facing environments.
• Support FGPP implementations, enhancements, and production activities.
• Develop functional solutions for complex problems and deliver project objectives.
