Job summary

BayCare's St. Josephs Hospital in Tampa, FL is seeking a Cath Lab Manager to lead the Adult & Pediatrics Cardiovascular Catheterization and Electrophysiology Team.

The role drives clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance in a high-acuity cardiac center. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of manager-level healthcare leadership and 5+ years in RN or RCIS within Adult Cardiac Cath Lab, with a focus on safety, quality, and team development.

Qualifications

• Requires a Technical Diploma or Associate's Degree in Cardiovascular Technology/Radiology/Respiratory Therapy; Or Diploma/Associate's/Bachelor's in Nursing.
• RN (Registered Nurse); Or ARRT (Radiologic Technologists); Or RRT (Respiratory Therapy); Or RCIS (Cardiovascular).
• Requires 1+ year of Formal Manager-level experience within Healthcare
• Requires 5+ years of RN or RCIS experience within Adult Cardiac Cath Lab

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with CCU-nursing, ER, Surgery, and 24-hour nursing administration.
• Maintains department in compliance with all appropriate regulating organizations.
• Assures that quality of care is delivered in a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Thrive as a member of the Adult & Pediatrics Cardiovascular Catheterization and Electrophysiology Team.
