Job summary

FMOL Health in Lafayette, LA seeks a Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist II to assist physicians in interventional and cardiovascular procedures, operate fluoroscopic imaging, and educate patients pre/post-procedure. You will monitor vitals, maintain sterile fields, and ensure ALARA compliance.

Requirements include 3 years of progressive interventional/cardiovascular experience, ARRT (R) license, LA/MS licensure, BLS, and graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program.

Qualifications

• 3 years of progressive interventional or cardiovascular experience.
• Graduate of accredited Radiologic Technologist Program.
• ARRT (R) certification and state licensure in LA/MS; BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in all complex and advanced interventional procedures and assists physicians.
• Operates fluoroscopic imaging equipment and ensures ALARA guidelines.
• Monitors patients' vital signs and documents accurately.
• Maintains a sterile field during surgical procedures and supports department education.
