Job summary

Amgen in the United States is seeking a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative in Cardiovascular to connect with medical professionals and guide product use within a defined territory.

You will promote Amgen products, address access and reimbursement issues, and lead or participate in educational programs while building lasting relationships across the healthcare ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate degree with 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma with 6 years of Sales experience
• Senior Specialty Representative requires 3 years of sales and/or healthcare/clinical experience
• Preferences include knowledge of oncology, nephrology, dermatology, cardiology, and related fields

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals
• Deliver branded sales messages and conduct medical educational programs
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts including reimbursement discussions
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory performance with the District Manager
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the role
• Maintain passion for Amgen’s products throughout the sales cycle
• Uphold Amgen values, ethics, quality, teamwork, and accountability
