This full-time role involves performing advanced echocardiography studies to support early detection and treatment of heart disease within a collaborative cardiology team. Qualified candidates have graduated from an accredited cardiac sonography program, at least one year of related experience, ARDMS/CCI certifications, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited cardiac sonography program.
• Minimum of one year of experience in echocardiography/vascular diagnostics.
• Current certification/registry in cardiac and vascular sonography (ARDMS/CCI).
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license for work-related duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic cardiac ultrasound examinations per policies and standards.
• Obtain high-quality diagnostic images using advanced sonography techniques.
• Exercise independent clinical judgment to distinguish normal vs abnormal cardiac findings.
• Analyze images, correlate with patient history, and communicate with cardiologists/referring providers.
• Prepare preliminary reports and communicate urgent findings per protocol.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and education throughout imaging.
• Maintain documentation and uphold quality assurance standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care.
