Job summary

Progress West Hospital in St. Charles County, part of BJC HealthCare, seeks a lead Cardiac Sonographer to perform echocardiography, Doppler, stress tests, and related assessments. You will mentor staff in the Cardiac Diagnostic Lab and ensure credentialing and quality standards are met.

Required RDCS or equivalent, 2–5 years of experience, and an Associate's degree is preferred. A sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants, with 10‑hour days, four days a week and call rotation.

Qualifications

• RDCS or equiv certification required or eligible.
• 2-5 years of relevant Cardiac Sonography experience.
• Associate's degree preferred; Sonography focus strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs tests at various locations within the lab.
• Functions as lead, maintains credentials, and conducts QA/audits.
