Qualifications

• One year of cardiac ultrasound experience required.
• ARDMS RDCS certification in Adult Echocardiography.
• RCS certification (CCI) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Performs all Cardiac Echocardiogram procedures and edits tracings.
• Maintains daily technical operations of echo lab procedures.
• Ensures continuous operation of all instrumentation and quality control.
• Explains testing process to patients and assists during testing.
• Maintains records, archives images, and generates billing for procedures.
• Maintains and updates procedure manuals to comply with regulations.
• Assists in quality improvement and accreditation efforts.
