Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, or legal studies.
• 5+ years in fintech product compliance within payments.
• 3+ years managing Card Brand rule compliance or liaison with card networks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret card network, NACHA, and regulatory changes and their business impact.
• Translate changes into clear requirements for Legal, Compliance, Policy, Product Dev teams.
• Collaborate with Commercial Counsel and Product teams to implement changes across the product lifecycle.
• Support audits by preparing documentation and coordinating remediation of findings.
• Manage proactive compliance programs and respond to inquiries from networks and sponsor banks.
