Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of professional illustration experience.
• Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback to external vendors.
• Broad portfolio showing diverse artistic styles.
• Strong fundamentals in anatomy, composition, lighting, color theory, storytelling.
• Experience creating clear briefs and following style guides.
• Experience with production pipelines for physical goods and print.
• Experience in game development pipelines from concept to implementation.
• Ability to balance quality, production needs, feedback, and deadlines.

• Create clear, compelling art briefs translating Riftbound’s vision for external illustrators.
• Provide thoughtful, craft-focused feedback to external artists from concept to final delivery.
• Apply illustration fundamentals to elevate artwork quality.
• Collaborate with the Art Director to uphold Riftbound’s illustration direction.
• Maintain consistency and quality across artwork and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure card art supports gameplay clarity, mechanics, and readability with designers.
• Work with visual designers to align illustrations with frames and typography.
• Review artwork for consistency and fidelity to the League of Legends IP.
• Support planning and delivery of card art across multiple future sets.
• Apply print production knowledge to deliver print-ready artwork.
• Partner with producers, designers, external artists, and disciplines for cohesive sets.
• Share craft knowledge and provide feedback to teammates and partners.
