Job summary

Legend Biotech is seeking a Sr. Cell Therapy Account Specialist to represent the CAR-T portfolio and achieve sales targets in the Rochester, NY region.

You will manage institution-based accounts, build relationships with oncology stakeholders, and develop territory plans to meet corporate goals. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in oncology healthcare sales, strong product-launch experience, and the ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 4 years Oncology healthcare sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience managing large accounts with strategic planning and problem solving.
• Previous sales experience in cell therapy/bone marrow transplant and in multiple myeloma.
• Product launch experience in a competitive environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; strong relationship builder.
• Ability to travel about 75% of the time; self-motivated with autonomy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AI tools and responsible use.

Responsibilities

• Represents Legend's products to a defined customer base and achieves sales targets.
• Drives CAR-T brand choice among oncology customers in the assigned geography.
• Navigate complex accounts and address stakeholder needs; triage to internal teams as needed.
• Develop and execute an account business plan; provide market insights to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with internal and partner teams on account programs and events.
• Manage territory budget for calls, grants, speaker events and expenses.
• Promote appropriate product use within regulatory guidelines; report data and adverse events.
• Maintain call activity records and administrative duties in required systems.
