What You Will Do
  • Engage actively on Slack and foster community
  • Facilitate head, heart, or hustle sessions twice a week (camera required)
  • Ensure 95% completion of the career readiness portfolio within your pod
  • Proactively solve problems with co-captains
  • Participate in paid training and regular check-ins
  • Attend four in-person touchpoints throughout the program cycle
What We Offer

This part-time role pays $20/hour, offering a pivotal opportunity within a fast-growing organization. Residency in proximity to one of our program sites (Chicago, LA, Miami, NY, Bay Area) is required.
