Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary capital projects from concept to startup.
• Experience with capital project lifecycle, gates, and approvals.
• Knowledge of engineering codes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from concept through startup with safety at the forefront.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Maintenance, Safety, and Environmental.
• Develop scope, bid documents, and manage procurement and contracts.
• Create and monitor project schedules, assess cost and risk.
• Liaise with external engineering firms and ensure code compliance.
• Support capital planning and optimize project capital use.
