• Coordinate design with internal teams and external consultants for permitting activities.
• Define scopes and procurement needs with corporate and BU teams for equipment, construction, and installation.
• Evaluate vendor proposals for life cycle cost, reliability, and maintainability.
• Oversee execution: permitting, construction, commissioning, startup.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and quality; report to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Support continuous improvement across project delivery standards.
