• Proficient in MS Office; Primavera P6 scheduling a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to mentor engineers

Aufgaben

• Manage and direct engineering, coordinating with procurement and construction to meet milestones
• Support change management to define scope, schedule and budgets
• Establish procedures for engineering work, project controls, schedules and budgets
• Serve as engineering representative with operations, maintenance, and contractors
• Identify and secure approvals for engineering scope, budget, and schedule
• Maintain communication with plant management and project teams
• Manage relationships with consultants, vendors, and regulatory agencies
• Ensure work products comply with codes and best practices
• Provide training and mentoring to engineers and project staff
• Oversee all project phases from planning to close-out
• Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and performance metrics
• Facilitate meetings and report to senior leadership
• Conduct post-project evaluations for lessons learned
• Support capital planning and long-term infrastructure strategy
