Job summary

Henkel Corporation, part of the Adhesive Technologies unit, seeks a Project Leader to drive major capital projects >$30MM USD within North America. You will guide project teams across sites, owning the full lifecycle from concept to deployment.

You will manage scope, changes, resources, and stakeholder communications, and perform risk assessments (HAZOP, MOC, PSSR, LOPA) while supporting SIS implementation. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading capital projects (>$30M)
• Ability to manage projects across multiple sites
• Full project lifecycle ownership from concept to deployment
• Strong communication with leadership and stakeholders
• Knowledge of process safety management principles and risk assessments

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to drive delivery and implementation of major capital projects (>$30MM USD) within Henkel North America
• Manage multiple sites and project scopes, changes, and resources
• Own full project lifecycle from conceptual design through initiation and deployment
• Provide status reporting on milestones, risks, issues and dependencies to leadership
• Develop and implement risk assessments (HAZOP, MOC, PSSR, LOPA) and SIS considerations
• Travel up to 10–20% as required
