Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of engineering experience within a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Experience managing large capital projects and facility expansions.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and external service providers.
• Strong knowledge of project management, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and safety/regulatory requirements.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of capital projects from concept through startup.
• Manage facility expansions and capacity growth to support objectives.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans for projects.
• Oversee procurement, installation, and commissioning of equipment and systems.
• Provide engineering leadership and problem-solving to manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage external firms, contractors, equipment suppliers, and construction teams.
• Monitor costs, schedules, risks, and KPIs to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with operations/maintenance to drive reliability and process improvements.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and mentor engineering personnel.
• Participate in capital planning and portfolio prioritization.
