King County International Airport – Boeing Field (KCIA) seeks a Capital Project Manager III SDA to lead full-scope design and construction of airfield capital projects. The role collaborates with Engineering, Finance, Procurement and Permitting to deliver programs from concept through close-out.

The ideal candidate brings advanced CIP governance, budget and scheduling experience, cross-functional leadership, and a commitment to equity.

Responsibilities

• Lead major multi-phase infrastructure programs from concept screening through planning, environmental review, design, procurement, and construction for programs typically $100M+.
• Administer capital project monitoring systems and develop dashboards and reporting packages for executive decision-making.
• Develop program budgets, cost/schedule analyses, and allocate resources across multiple projects.
• Initiate and approve change orders; negotiate scope, budget, and schedule with consultants and contractors.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with internal teams, elected officials, regulatory agencies, and community groups.
