Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a Senior Program Executive to lead strategic capital projects and site expansions.

You will drive cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing to deliver multi-million dollar initiatives, ensuring readiness and regulatory compliance. The role requires 15+ years in regulated capital programs, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 15+ years of experience in project, construction, or capital program management within regulated environments.
• Proven leadership of large-scale capital projects >$50M.
• Strong knowledge of capital project delivery and construction management.
• Understand FDA/DEA/EMA/OSHA/EPA and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex capital programs and projects from definition through execution with scope, schedule, and budget control.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and cGMP requirements.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, align objectives, manage risks, and resolve issues.
• Establish and manage strategic supplier relationships and vendor oversight.
• Oversee resources, financial reconciliation, training, and project archiving.
• Participate in Capital Investment Committee with strategic input on investments and roadmaps.
• Develop and sustain SOPs and work instructions to drive operational excellence.
