Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking a Capital Program Manager to oversee planning, execution, and financial management of consumable capital projects. You will ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to specifications to support strategic growth and operational excellence.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, engineering, finance, QA) and managing external vendors, with ~10% travel to project sites and adherence to GMP/FDA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Master's degree or PMP certification preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive capital project management experience in life sciences/biotech/pharma.
• Strong financial acumen with budget development and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of capital projects from concept through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and risks.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, engineering, finance, QA and external vendors.
• Manage budgets, expenditures, and provide forecasts to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA and company quality standards.
