Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant/ direct industry experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination accepted.
• Licenses: Asset Backed Finance SIE, Series 7/79/63 within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex financial analyses, modeling, and due diligence for capital markets transactions.
• Lead core work-sets such as due diligence, document processing, and industry analyses.
• Develop pitches and memorandums and support client relationships.
• Coach analysts and associates and contribute to deal execution.
