Advocates Legal Recruiting is seeking a Capital Markets Senior Associate for our AmLaw 100 client, handling public offerings, private placements, and high‑yield debt work in Dallas, Houston, or NYC.

The role requires 5–6 years of capital markets experience, strong drafting, and coordination with bankers and in‑house teams; bar admission in the siting state.

This on-site opportunity offers exposure to a leading platform with meaningful issuer and investor‑side experience.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of capital markets experience at a peer law firm.
• Rep across offerings plus day-to-day ’34 Act reporting and governance work.
• Strong drafting instincts and the ability to run point with bankers and in-house teams.
• Bar admission in the state where you plan to sit (and in good standing).

Responsibilities

• Public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities
• Exchange Act reporting and ongoing disclosure (periodic reports, proxies, governance support)
• Coordination with specialists across finance, tax, and restructuring as transactions require
