Qualifications

• 5-6 years of capital markets experience at a peer firm.
• Experience with public offerings and private placements, plus day-to-day '34 Act reporting and governance work.
• Strong drafting instincts and the ability to run point with bankers and in-house teams.
• Bar admission in the state where you plan to sit (and in good standing).

Responsibilities

• Public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities
• Exchange Act reporting and ongoing disclosure (periodic reports, proxies, governance support)
• Coordination with specialists across finance, tax, and restructuring as transactions require
