Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs case management until conclusion or reassignment
• Communicates with client and family to obtain pertinent information
• Conducts investigations related to guilt/innocence and penalty phase
• Prepares for trial by filing motions and developing defense strategy
• Conducts legal research and briefs on motions
• Prepares for jury selection and sentencing phases
• Maintains client rights and confidentiality throughout trial
