Job summary

The Kraft Group in Foxborough, MA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of multiple capital construction projects across its real estate development portfolio. You will supervise project managers, construction managers, and trade partners to ensure projects meet cost, schedule, quality, and safety objectives.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in construction project delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture/Business or related field.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent capital construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, contracts and change management.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project; AutoCAD a plus.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate with architects/engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of multiple capital construction projects with scope, schedule, budget.
• Provide oversight to project teams, consultants, contractors, and trade partners.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement within authority.
• Develop and maintain project controls, schedules, and documentation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and report to leadership.
• Coordinate with Stadium Operations and development teams to align design and operations.
