Job summary

Kelly Science and Clinical FSP is seeking a Senior Procurement Project Manager to lead end-to-end CAPEX procurement for a major campus expansion in South San Francisco, CA. The role focuses on strategic sourcing, contract management, and cross-functional collaboration with IPO andCAPEX teams.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of CAPEX procurement experience on mega projects, strong negotiation skills, and deep knowledge of SAP/Oracle and e-sourcing tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field relevant to procurement or supply chain.
• MBA or advanced certification (CPSM, MCIPS, PMP) is highly desirable.
• 7–10 years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience, CAPEX & construction contract management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement strategies for CAPEX projects within the Integrated Project Office (IPO).
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for complex civil, structural, architectural, and high-tech equipment installations.
• Negotiate and administer high-value commercial agreements and framework contracts.
• Coordinate with regional/global counterparts to ensure alignment of category strategy.
• Mitigate supply risk, monitor market trends, and optimize total cost of ownership across the campus.
• Serve as commercial advisor to project directors and engineering and contracts teams.
