**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Provide expertise as an internal clinical resource for evaluation of patient needs and issue resolution
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of infusion therapies and ensure compliance with company policies
- Complete initial patient intake and verify patient admission criteria in a timely manner
- Establish and maintain positive clinical rapport with patients and coordinate infusion therapy
- Utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems for communication of patient status and coordination of care

**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Current, unrestricted Compact RN license
- 2+ years of experience as an RN in a clinical care setting related to infusion therapy
- 1+ years of experience working with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) programs
- Willingness to work independently in home or alternate-site settings

**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- CRNI (Certified Registered Nurse Infusion) certification
- Knowledge of HIPAA patient privacy and data security requirements
- Experience with infusion therapy and/or home health agency practices
- Supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with the Infusion Nursing Society (INS) standards of practice
