Job summary

O’Shaughnessy Asset Management (OSAM) is a research and money management firm backing Franklin Templeton. The National Account Manager role focuses on growing large accounts across Retail, RIA, Platforms and Aggregator channels, with heavy Canvas involvement and cross‑team collaboration.

The position is hybrid and can be based in Stamford, NYC, Boston, or Saint Petersburg (FL); travel 25-50% is required. Salary ranges from $135,000 to $175,000 with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in direct indexing sales or asset management.
• Having existing home office relationships or experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth of large accounts in Retail, RIA, Platforms and Aggregator channels.
• Own relationship management and needs for specific accounts; support other tier 1 accounts.
• Be an expert resource on Canvas and the custom indexing landscape for internal partners.
• Collaborate with OSAM Client Service, Portfolio Management, Operations, Tech and Relationship Management teams.
• Educate and promote CANVAS throughout Franklin Templeton National Accounts and Home Office relationships.
• Grow the platform by adding new relationships and more Canvas functionality to existing relationships.
• Develop Home Office relationships and deepen existing relationships with the National Account Team.
• Take ownership of follow-up communication, project management and execution of client needs.
