Job summary

Qualifications

• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work well with others while also completing individually assigned tasks.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Trim flower from plants quickly while ensuring a quality product.
• Trim by hand and/or using trimming, sorting and packaging equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Sit and stand for long periods while focusing on detail-oriented trimming and post-trim upkeep.
• Track the amount of unusable waste for each plant/batch, and usable by-products.
• Demonstrate proficiency with weights, measurements, and math.
• Experience trimming several different strains of cannabis.
• Maintain open communication with management and co-workers.
• Train new hires on standard SOPs and work instructions in area.
• Work with inventory management software systems.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or Team Lead
