Verano Holdings Corp. is seeking a Sr. Manager, CPG Compliance to lead and advance compliance across cultivation and manufacturing facilities in multiple states.

This role requires developing SOPs, internal controls, and audit programs, and coordinating with senior management on corrective actions and regulatory responses. Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years’ cultivation/manufacturing compliance experience in cannabis industry.
• Experience with seed-to-sale software programs (METRC, BioTrack, MJ Freeway).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement SOPs, internal processes, and compliance training for cultivation and manufacturing staff.
• Develop internal audit procedures for CPG entities across states/localities.
• Conduct regular internal audits and prepare reports for senior management.
• Track inventory and waste using seed-to-sale software (BioTrack, METRC, MJ Freeway).
• Assist in facility inspections, regulatory investigations and external audits.
