Job summary

Verano Holdings Corp. is seeking a Project Manager, Construction to act as the owner’s representative for multi-state cannabis facility development projects. You will oversee planning, design, permitting, construction, and closeout for cultivation, processing, and retail facilities.

The role requires 50-75% travel and coordination with contractors, engineers, architects, and regulators to deliver projects on time and within budget across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in a project management field, or 6+ years in the trades, specifically construction.
• Ability to travel 50-75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between company leadership and project stakeholders.
• Represent the owner’s interests throughout design, permitting, procurement, and construction.
• Coordinate project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Develop and maintain detail project schedules and cost reports.
• Provide executive-level reporting on project performance, risks, and milestones.
• Manage multiple projects across various states simultaneously.
