Job summary

St. Luke's United Methodist Church's Gethsemane Campus seeks an Associate Director of Outreach. This role provides daily oversight of outreach program execution, builds partnerships, and ensures alignment with multi-site goals, while supervising the On-Site Coordinator.

You will engage with schools, nonprofits, and community partners, track outcomes, and present plans to campus leadership. A Bachelor's degree and 5 years' leadership experience are required; proficiency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years of relevant experience, including supervisory and large events and special projects leadership.
• Experience with church database and Microsoft/Google product suites.
• Proficient in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight of outreach program execution and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, nonprofits and community partners.
• Develop and track outreach budget and tools; report outcomes regularly.
• Directly supervise the On‑Site Coordinator and act on Campus Pastor’s absence.
• Support Worship/Sunday programs in coordination with campus leadership.
