You will translate strategy into focused, actionable plans across engagement, partnerships, education and communications.

This role requires strong leadership and systems thinking, coordinating government, healthcare, schools and community partners.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in campaigns and engagement.
• Demonstrated experience leading or implementing a multi‑partner campaign.
• At least 3 years of staff management and development.
• Experience engaging families, communities and partners to move from information to action.

Responsibilities

• Lead campaign strategy and day‑to‑day implementation; coordinate cross‑functional workstreams.
• Oversee partnerships, grants, and community engagement with hospital, school and city partners.
• Develop and monitor KPIs; use data to adjust tactics and improve outcomes.
• Guide learning agenda, equity initiatives, and staff training across the campaign.
