Job summary

NYC Kids RISE seeks a strategic leader to serve as Managing Director, 530A Account Initiatives, shaping strategy across policy, programs, and operations to support early wealth building for NYC children. The role oversees citywide campaigns, partnerships, and field leadership, driving impact across the organization and external stakeholders.

You will lead a cross-functional team, align resources, and advance equity-focused goals while partnering with government, philanthropy, and community

Qualifications

• At least 10 years leading complex strategies or portfolios in wealth building or related fields.
• Experience developing new strategy and translating it into programs, operations, and partnerships.
• Minimum five years leading teams, including managers, with growth of new work.
• Ability to connect policy, program, and operational considerations to strategy.
• Strong written, verbal, and facilitation skills; adept at cross-sector collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead NYC Kids RISE’s 530A strategy, program development, and portfolio governance.
• Integrate policy, programs, operations, partnerships, and community learning.
• Oversee citywide campaigns to promote $1,000 federal investment for babies.
• Build cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across departments.
• Represent the organization in external stakeholders and field conversations.
