Job summary

Yeshiva University is seeking a senior leader to direct its comprehensive campaign, guiding early-phase work and shaping the case for support. The role collaborates with the President, Vice President of Institutional Advancement, and senior leaders to create a unified campaign plan and drive progress across major initiatives.

The director will align priorities across units, manage key stakeholders, and monitor performance against ambitious milestones, ensuring accountable delivery of campaign

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive fundraising and strategic planning experience in higher education
• Experience in campaign planning or execution, including goal setting and case development
• Strong project management and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and timelines
• Experience building and managing volunteer leadership structures
• Knowledge of major gift fundraising principles and donor cultivation strategies
• Experience working with senior executives and institutional leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the comprehensive campaign plan, including priorities, goals, and timelines
• Coordinate action across academic and administrative units with clear workstreams and accountability
• Align senior leadership, academic partners, lay leadership, and advancement teams around priorities
• Establish campaign metrics and track progress toward goals; communicate updates to leadership
• Collaborate with development, advancement services, and communications for an institution-wide approach
