Job summary
Synechron, a global consulting firm, seeks a senior engineer to drive platform enhancements, integration capabilities, and production stability for the Calypso-based ecosystem in Charlotte, NC.
You will extend Calypso APIs, ensure data consistency across systems, and coordinate large-scale multi-system releases while aligning with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements, working with internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with Calypso Front Office platform.
- Deep understanding of trade lifecycle, pricing, and risk flows.
- Experience handling production stability and high-severity incidents.
- Large-scale, multi-system release coordination.
- Ability to operate in a high-pressure, release-driven environment with strong risk awareness.
Responsibilities
- Enhance the Calypso Front Office and CIRC platform to support complex financial products and pricing models.
- Lead trade feed integrations and ensure data consistency across platforms.
- Develop robust integrations and ensure scalable, resilient trade processing pipelines.
- Drive platform stability by troubleshooting critical production and integration issues.
