Job summary

Boeing Test & Evaluation in Seattle is seeking a Test and Evaluation Lab Tech 3 on a 9-month contract to calibrate and certify Measurement and Test Equipment in RF, microwave, and DC/LF ranges. The role supports programs like 777X, 737MAX, 787, and P-8, performing data analysis and maintaining calibration records.

The contractor will use MET/CAL, LabVIEW, and Excel to manage equipment status, run tests, and ensure safety and first-time quality in all procedures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience with Electrical/Electronic - DC/LF or RF and Microwave Metrology process
• Familiarity with Excel, MET/CAL, LabVIEW, Basic/Visual Basic and troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Update radio & high frequency electronics and DC/LF equipment status
• Ensure equipment is ready for calibration per metrology processes
• Perform visual checks of E&M equipment for discrepancies and wear
• Process equipment using approved calibration procedures and specifications
• Conduct routine tests and document results
• Provide information to customers on metrology processes
