Ancora Engineering + Architecture is seeking a CAD Tech III for a full-time, on-site role in the New York City metropolitan area. You will produce and revise detailed construction drawings supporting demolition, structural, geotechnical, and alteration projects, ensuring alignment with codes and project specs.

You will organize drawing sets, maintain templates, respond to redlines, and collaborate with engineers and architects to deliver buildable, accurate documents for multi-scope initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficient in CAD drafting for construction and structural drawing
• Experience producing architectural drawings for demolition, alterations, and new builds
• Knowledge of building codes and industry standards for drafting
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Effective communication to collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors

Responsibilities

• Create and revise CAD drawings and documentation
