Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produces expert-level programs or CAD models for Manufacturing, Engineering, and R&D operations per established procedures.
• Leads development of program and design methods and creates related procedures.
• Applies problem solving methods to support investigations and continuous improvement.
• Leads projects and mentors junior Programmer/Designer personnel.
• Adheres to safety requirements and communicates risks to leadership.
• Maintains 5S standards to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
