Job summary

Safran Seats USA seeks an Engineering System Specialist 4 to join the Production domain. You will manage CAD/PLM tooling, troubleshoot advanced software issues, and deliver documentation and improvements that support the design-to-manufacture process for aerospace seating systems.

Travel internationally and domestically is required; you will collaborate with diverse teams and communicate effectively in English to drive solutions and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related Engineering or Computer Science or 12 years related experience
• 8+ years' experience supporting CAD software and PLM systems
• Proficiency with CATIA and/or Pro/E CAD tools
• Experience with CAD/PLM software administration and problem solving
• Strong written and verbal communication in English

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose CAD and PLM issues quickly.
• Interface with customer staff and support multiple clients.
• Create customization and automation for CAD/PLM software.
• Develop and train users to meet project goals.
• Maintain CAD and PLM environments and databases.
• Manage CAM/CAE software installations and support.
