• Experience with regulatory certification processes (UL/ETL/CSA or equivalent).
• Experience managing projects through a stage-gate process.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing, testing, validation, and commercialization of new designs.
• Evaluate manufacturing capabilities and readiness for new product implementations.
• Plan and run plant-scale trials and process evaluations.
• Develop prototypes and test plans for internal labs and third-party testing.
• Coordinate product qualification with external certification agencies.
