Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience specifically within a dedicated millwork or cabinet shop environment.
• Demonstrated ability to execute fine woodworking projects with precision.
• Expert knowledge of shop-specific machinery and their safe operation.
• Ability to maintain stamina for extended shop hours and handle materials safely.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing: milling, assembly, wood prep, sanding, machinery operation.
• Read and interpret detailed architectural drawings and shop drawings.
• Quality control to ensure finish, feel, and durability meet standards.
• Collaborate with design and fabrication teams to ensure smooth project flow.
