Job summary

SpaceManager Closets in Houston, TX is seeking a Production Manager - Cabinets to oversee cabinet shop operations, meet installation deadlines, and ensure cost-efficient service while upholding quality and company standards.

You will lead lean manufacturing initiatives, coordinate ERP systems, and mentor staff. The role requires 10+ years in cabinetry with 5+ in management, strong CAD/CAM and ERP experience, and a strategic, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

10+ years of demonstrated experience in the Cabinet industry with 5+ years of management experience.
Solid understanding of Cabinet manufacturing using CNC routers, Beam Saw, Edgebanders, SAP, Epicor or similar ERP software.
Must be knowledgeable in CAD engineering to CNC Router operations.
Solid experience with LEAN manufacturing.
