• Experience in layout and installation of custom cabinetry in kitchens and bathrooms.
• Skilled in using power tools and hand tools.
• Ability to lead projects and ensure flawless installations.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and ready to transform kitchens with precision.
• Build, shim, and install new custom cabinets and cabinet trim work.
• Deliver innovative kitchen remodels and cabinet refacing.
• Train and guide junior installers to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and communicate daily with the project manager.
• Interact professionally with clients to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

• Arrive on time and ready to transform kitchens with precision.
• Build, shim, and install new custom cabinets and cabinet trim work.
• Deliver innovative kitchen remodels and cabinet refacing.
• Train and guide junior installers to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and communicate daily with the project manager.
• Interact professionally with clients to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of finish carpentry experience with a focus on kitchen remodeling or cabinetry.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering top-quality work.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with cabinet refacing and edgebanding of new and existing cabinetry.
• Experience with bathroom remodels, including tile, drywall, and wedi shower systems.
