Job summary

Airbus Americas Customer Services, Inc. in Mobile, Alabama seeks an STC Electrical Systems Engineer to lead electrical architectures and integration for cabin upgrade projects, under JAR25, CS25, FAR25. Translate customer requests into certified wiring and system configurations for hangar modifications.

You’ll be the technical anchor, ensuring on-time delivery, defining architectures, and coordinating with the Program manager. 6+ years’ experience and US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Aeronautical, or Civil Engineering).
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in aviation with cabin electrical systems design, development, and certification.
• Authorized to Work in the US and familiarity with relevant aviation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical anchor for the electrical systems team, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Define complex cabin electrical architectures and author equipment specifications.
• Validate wiring diagrams and approval of technical/substantiation notes.
• Represent electrical discipline in multi-functional team meetings and report to Project Manager.
• Provide on-site technical assistance during aircraft modification.
