Job summary

KFA reshapes LA by designing great places where people flourish. The CA Supervisor will manage construction administration, lead CA teams, and mentor staff across projects in and around Los Angeles, CA, in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in architecture/CA, strong contracts knowledge, and familiarity with Bluebeam/Procore/Revit. Compensation ranges from $120k to $145k with bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant work experience in architecture or CA
• Licensure is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage construction administration of multiple projects from bidding through construction closeout
• Lead internal teams on CA projects in CA phase
• Mentor and supervise junior staff on CA projects
• Contribute to evolution and implementation of KFA's CA standards
• Manage project budget, schedule, and scope
• Conduct technical reviews of construction documents
